These terms and conditions govern your use of the Photoshoot website (the "Site") and the services provided by Photoshoot (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site or Services by, any third party. You further agree not to:
To use the Services as a Photographer or Client, you must register for an account on the Site. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to ensure that it remains accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and mobile devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Photographers agree to provide professional photography services to Clients as agreed upon through the Site. Photographers further agree to:

Clients agree to pay the Photographer for photography services as agreed upon through the Site. Payments may be made through the Site using a credit card or other payment method accepted by Photoshoot. Photoshoot will collect payment from the Client and remit payment to the Photographer, less any applicable fees or charges, as set forth in the Site's fee schedule. The fee schedule is subject to change at any time in Photoshoot's sole discretion. Clients are responsible for all taxes, fees, and other costs associated with their use of the Site and Services, and Photoshoot is not responsible for collecting or remitting any such taxes or fees. In the event of any dispute regarding payment, Photoshoot reserves the right to withhold payment to the Photographer until the dispute is resolved.
If a shoot is scheduled and the client wants to reschedule, they can do so within the same month without any additional fees. However, if they want to reschedule for a month that is more than one month away, they will need to book again and pay an additional 10% of the original amount.
To confirm a booking, we require a deposit of 10% of the total shoot amount, which can be paid through payment platforms like Paytm or UPI. Once we receive this deposit, we create a group with the appropriate team members for the shoot. After the shoot is completed, the client is expected to pay the remaining balance on the same day.
